When we entered the year 2020, a number synonymous with vision, it is unlikely that any of us foresaw what a drastically different year it would be for the whole world let alone for our own individual perspectives.
We have however gotten through the year and for Viewpoint at least, having significantly invested in ISO Service Management processes and the necessary technology to ensure we were well set-up to work remotely, it meant that we and our partners were able to service all our client’s needs without inconvenience or disruption.
Our continued software development was never interrupted with new releases covering important developments such as the new compliance requirements, Economic Substance, DAC6, MDR, Software as a Service, security, and Client Self Servicing through our Engage Client Servicing Portal.
So, we look to the New Year with new normal in place for all and hope that in the not too distant future we can look forward to enjoying some of our old normal and appreciate their value even more.
