The Viewpoint logo has remained unchanged for 25 years – why change now?
The branding was due for an update to reflect the dynamic and innovative nature of both Viewpoint the organisation and Viewpoint the solution. But we don’t believe in change for the sake of change, so we needed a tipping point.
Our anniversary was part of the tipping point though the major factor was a combination of what Viewpoint has grown to become over the last 25 years plus several of our ongoing development projects reaching release-ready status.
So, in effect, the rebrand is the first step in the next major evolution of Viewpoint.

What are the key identity changes?
There are three key identity changes: the logo, the logo message, and the solution names.

Our logo message has also been updated. We are still the ‘leading entity management solution’ but we believe that Viewpoint, as a pioneer in the global entity management solution industry, has been ‘redefining governance solutions’ not just in terms of the features available but also in the way our clients can optimise their processes.
Regarding the Viewpoint Connect and Engage names; we offer a fantastic, broad range of class leading and highly relevant integrated components. As there are now eight core components we think it is easier for our stakeholders to just use a single collective product name hence Viewpoint Connect.
Why ‘Connect’? Simply because Viewpoint connects every aspect of an entity governance organisation’s operation.
Why ‘Engage’? Because our Client Servicing Portal’s development scope continues to evolve to include more and more demand driven features that have extended the scope of the platform beyond just our client’s clients. Engage is now a state of the art solution for clients, intermediaries, in fact, any external stakeholder, plus offers a dynamic access anywhere solution for internal front office users as well.
What message is Viewpoint making with its new logo?
The Viewpoint solution covers all aspects of an entity focused organisation, whether the organisation is part of a larger company such as the legal and cosec departments of a PLC or a professional service provider.
In a recent client survey, it was clear that for many of our clients/users, Viewpoint performs a pivotal role in the day to day operations of their entire organisation. Whether it be for regulatory purposes, better client servicing or internal SOP’s, our clients look to the Viewpoint solution to define, manage and assess all aspects of governance within their organisation.
We believe that the refreshed Viewpoint identity reinforces our core values of focus, innovation, relevance, synergy, integration, and simplicity.
Does the rebrand signal a new version is in the offing?
I don’t want to give too much away today but, though not directly linked to the rebrand, I can confirm we are currently working on a new version which will be released this year. This is probably not too much of a surprise to many, as if you are familiar with Viewpoint, we are always innovating. We believe this next version will be a seminal point in Viewpoint’s evolution and are confident that it will be very positively received by our 15,000+ users and the wider entity governance market.
What do you see as the main focus of the new version?
Both the entity administration and governance client and the user’s needs and expectations have grown to now include detailed SOP compliance, processes to guide users through tasks, proactive management and control, and greater efficiencies for internal and client focusing activities.
As the largest provider in its space, Viewpoint Connect is without doubt the most functional and most integrated solution available particularly with its advanced Business Process Management capabilities.
The new version elevates this depth of functionality developed over the last 25 years, fully integrating it into a ‘process centric’ platform with remarkably powerful dashboard orientated oversight.
With that, users will enjoy a terrific new interface that promises a modern and improved user experience, whilst management will have a superb, highly definable parameterised oversight and process control of all their operations.
