Both Connect (Back Office) and Engage (Front Office Portal) are in the process of major upgrades to include technology updates and significant functional enhancements. These major innovations are currently in a Beta development stage and are being actively used by pilot clients of differing sizes in different parts of the world.
So far, the new interface and the simplicity of using context-sensitive workflows, have been greatly welcomed as have the powerful new interactive dashboards.
Version 8 brings a new look and feel to existing users. A revitalised modern ‘web styled’ interface has been carefully designed to fully optimise the Viewpoint functionality, whilst delivering a heightened focus on ensuring an intuitive and user-centric experience.
The interface is not the only thing that will be new. There are already hundreds of functional enhancements.
