Practice Manager is an extremely comprehensive solution providing Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Time and Disbursement recording capabilities to meet and exceed the requirements of clients across many industries all over the world.

The batch generation of invoices for WIP and recurring fee billing makes periodic billing runs as simple and efficient as they can possibly be.
Batch generation coupled with the unique approval options and draft invoice features of Practice Manager enable invoices to be prepared, edited and verified before posting – virtually eliminating the need for Credit Notes – and helping to ensure client receive accurate fee notes

- Documentation

Each Revenue entity has its own unique set of document templates e.g. invoices, statements, receipts etc. The templates are based in Microsoft Word and can be customised in both the format and the content of the details included.

- Simplifying Change Management

If a fee is changed in the Master Service library the change can be globally or selectively updated throughout the system.
Additionally each client can have client specific fees to provide complete control.

- Easy Debtor Management

The on screen debtor analysis provides an instant view on the debtor position of all or selective clients or files. In addition there are a variety of standard or customisable reports.
Debtors can be viewed by client / structure, invoice recipient, individual file, matter or specific invoice.
To provide complete control the status of a particular file can be set to prevent additional time or sales ledger transactions to be made on selected files. |

To cater for the most demanding user requirements Practice Manager contains a number of advanced features e.g. automated billing profile configuration, file reviews, government fee management etc. Each of these features are optional so that the each client may select which features are relevant to their requirements.
