All the ViewPoint solutions are easy to use. That said effective user training is essential for two core reasons:
  • Ensure that your users are aware of and know how to use the features within ViewPoint to optimise the system benefit for your organisation.
  • Ensure that users are using ViewPoint correctly so that you know you can rely on the information and documents from ViewPoint.

At ViewPoint we believe that the key to successful training is not simply the action of undertaking training, but the undertaking of quality and relevant training by trainers that understand the ViewPoint solutions, the user’s industry and the local environment.

To provide the flexibility that allows users to be trained relevant to their respective roles we offer both a standard multi-level training plan for each module and/or bespoke training programs that are tailored to your particular organisation and users.

Both our structured program or bespoke training can be delivered in a variety of formats including focussed one to one sessions and/or small group sessions that can be conducted either at the trainee’s own offices or at the ViewPoint offices.
