General Enhancements
• Two additional fields have been added to the Safe Custody Register screen:
   (a) Certified - checkbox 
   (b) Compliance Checked - checkbox 

• An additional field - 'Date of Death'  - has been added to the MF Compliance – Individual screen
• Three additional fields have been added to the File Archives screen:
   (a) Working Copy
   (b) Destroyed
   (c) Date Destroyed

• The ‘Movements’ function (as per Movements in Safe Custody) has been added to File archives
• An additional screen has been added to Master Files screen set, it is designed to capture user defined compliance information.
• A new Master File coding method has been added to the standard options:  ‘Alpha 6 + Sequence + MF Type’.
• The '4-weekly' Period Setting has been added to Calendar. By selecting this option, the calendar will populate with 4-weekly periods to/from the last year end.

Administrator
• The Bank Account Branch field has been amended to allow any MF to be selected
• Two additional fields have been added to the Fixed Asset Register (a) . ‘Asset Type’ and (b) ‘Date Sold’, have been added to the Fixed Asset Register.
• Two additional fields have been added to the Trust Beneficiaries screen (a) Beneficiary Level and (b) Percentage of Benefits
• The Proxies screen has been added to the ‘Members’ folder of the Shares screen.
• A new field ‘Statutory Bank Acct’ is added for linking the sub-ledger to the related statutory bank account in Administrator. When entering a new sub-ledger the program will default the sub-ledger fields ‘code’,’name’,’currency’, ‘IBAN number’ and ‘bank’ from the selected statutory record.
• A new field ‘FA – Administrator’ is added for linking the sub-ledger to the related fixed assets record in Administrator. When entering a new sub-ledger the program will default the sub-ledger fields ‘code’, ’name’ from the selected Administrator record.

Practice Manager

• A new field ‘VAT Rate has been added to ‘Matter Account’ replacing the ‘Invoice VAT’ check-box. The drop-down values of this field are:
   Not applicable (0)
   Exempt (1)
   Applicable Rate (9)

• A new option has been added to the File Review feature ‘File Review - fee date’. This option sets how the ‘Billing File Review’ functionality applies the ‘next due’ date for recurring fees created during the review process.
• Administrator Group has been added as a filter to the following screens:
   (1) Sales Ledger:    
         a) Time Charges     b) Disbursements    c) Draft Invoices    d) Fees Payable    e) Receivables 
   (2) Purchase Ledger:    
       
a) Purchase Orders    b) Recoverable    c) Payables
• Penalty invoices can now be automatically created in the Fees Payable (government fees)

Client Accountant

• A new system default option has been added, if flagged, users will be prompted with a warning when performing a year-end rollover if there are any un-posted (draft) journals.
