General Enhancements
• The Edit Address Card has had a warning message added to it to prompt users with message on the appropriate use of the feature.
• A new field ‘Language’ is added to the Master File – General folder and to the template properties folder . The purpose of the field is the preferred language of correspondence and/or reporting of the entity or individual.

Administrator
• The called / issued shares section on annual returns with detailed Capital sections has been enhanced in respect of the Cancelled, Forfeited and/or Redeemed shares.
• Service Office and Mailings features are now enabled.
• Event linking capabilities has been upgraded to allow event linking of a single event to multiple entity types

Practice Manager
• The ‘VAT rate’ field has been added to the selection criteria on reports fields of the Standard reports (a) ‘VAT Details Listing by Journal Date’ (b) ‘VAT Details Listing on Receipts by Receipt Date’.
• The ‘VAT rate’ field has been added to the selection criteria in Custom reports types ‘Invoice Detail’, ‘Draft Invoice Details’ and ‘VAT Payable Details’

Client Accountant
• On a roll-year end (or a calendar) update the program will also update the ‘Posting From/To’ dates, by rolling both dates by the same number of days as the last year-end.

Document Manager
• The Carbon Copy user can now use the Deskew function in the Carbon Copy screen.
• The user to which a Carbon Copy is assigned has been enhanced to be any system user.
